LETTER: Affordability a bigger concern than parking

Building homes for cars as a condition of building homes for people is a bundling problem that increases the cost of much-needed shelter.

We note that the title of your editorial on May 25 is entitled “Loss of parking spaces limits tenants’ options.” We wonder if it has occurred to the writers that our severe lack of affordable housing also seriously limits tenants’ options. We know which of these two problems we are more worried about.
