Born in Nanaimo March 29, 1921, left us on January 6, 2018.
Predeceased by her husband, Ron, she is survived by her children, Anne (Dan) Laflamme, Lorraine (Mel) Topping, Bryon (Susan) Waugh, Rick Waugh, her grandchildren, Kevin, Adrien, Nolan, Debbie, Derek, Jen, Bryn, Raven, Gabrielle, Paul, Jason, great and great great grandchildren, sister and brother-in-law Vi and Vic Savitsky, many nieces, nephews and their families.
A very special thanks to all of the staff in the Cedar Unit at Dufferin Place for your care and support of Winnie.
