Wayne Roine

Beloved father, Grand Dad, brother, and friend passed suddenly from this world on Aug. 28, 2018.

Wayne leaves behind his son, Eric daughter, Jennifer, and two grandsons, Adam and Gavin who were the light of his life. Additionally, he leaves behind extended family and countless friends.

Born on July 29, 1949 in Nanaimo BC, the oldest child of Arne and Pearle Roine. Wayne grew up and spent his entire life in Yellow Point. Wayne worked as a master tradesman and teacher within the community.

Wayne was always willing and happy to fix people's s**t! He was the salt of the earth and he was one of a kind. He is going to be deeply missed by so many. His kindness and generosity will be forever remembered.

There will be a potluck/BYOB style celebration of life held on Sat. Sept. 8, 2018 at 1pm at Wayne's home.
