It is with great sadness that the family of Violet May Williams announces her passing on December 17, 2021, in Courtenay BC.
Born in Edmonton, on February 22, 1969, Violet was one of four children. Howard (Kathy), Bruce (Bev), and Grace.
Predeceased by her mother and father, Loa and Truman Willard.
Violet Cleaver and Rick Williams were married in a beautiful heartfelt ceremony at their home in the Comox Valley on August 21, 2021, after 22 wonderful years together.
She is survived by her loving husband, Rick, her children, Shaun, Alisha, Destanie (Joe), Jaden, Brooke, Seth and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Violet was amazing, kind, thoughtful and adored by everyone who knew her. She loved spending time with family and friends, camping, hiking, golfing, crocheting and needlepoint.
Called 'Mama Bear' by her kids, and crazy by others. She was fiercely protective of her husband and children, never complaining about the loud music or late-night band practice.
Violet is greatly loved and dearly missed. The family moved from Alberta to BC in 2010. She leaves behind her childhood best friends: Kim and Rikki (The Three Amigos).
A Celebration of Life (pending restrictions) is planned for 1 pm, February 20, 2022 at the Comox Legion. Condolences may be offered at www.telfordtoneffboyd.ca
