October 3, 1923 - March 16, 2021
After a long, healthy and productive life Mom has said goodbye to all of us.
She leaves to mourn her two sons, Don (Elizabeth), Eldon, and her daughter Marlyn (Greg), many grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. All of us will miss her dearly.
Mom was predeceased by her husband, Harry, in 2013 and by her seven siblings during the past several years.
An avid gardener, a wonderful cook and a fun-loving grandma are just a few of the ways we will fondly remember her. She had a strong heart and met adversity with strength and courage. Mom was always one to place others before herself and was generous with her time.
Mom has spent the last several years under the care of the marvellous staff at Sunridge. They made her last years very comfortable and always showed great compassion in attending to her needs. We know how much she appreciated their care and concern for her well being.
May all beings be happy In whatever positive actions they engage. May their aims be effortlessly attained.
