Vera Georgina Hazelwood Trefiak was born In Swan River Valley, MB. on January 16, 1922 and passed away in the NRGH on May 19, 2017 at the age of 95. Survived by her son Dennis (Donna) grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Wasyl, brother Alvin Clapper and sister Carol Curle. A special thank you to Ann and Len Rabin, Dr. Clive Belfour, staff at Kiwanis House, and the doctors and nurses at the NRGH. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service at her request.
