Tom Tazumi

With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Tom Tazumi.

Tom was born in Port Hammond, BC, raised in Portage la Prairie & Winnipeg, graduated from Prairie Bible Institute, wed his beloved Mary, and served as a missionary to Japan for 37 years with SEND International.

Tom will be fondly remembered by his brother Rip, his sons Mark (Thanh), John (Edith), and David, his beloved grandchildren, Charis, Rebecca, Kayla, Keona, and Shea, his loving cousins, nephews, nieces, and in-laws, and the innumerable friends, supporters, and fellow servants from Japan, Canada, US, and around the world. He will be dearly remembered for his unfailing kindness, his abundant joy, and his deep love for Christ.

A celebration of life will be held on April 27 at 2 pm at Vancouver Japanese Gospel Church, 425 11th St, New Westminster, BC.
