Mom passed away on October 11, 2021 at the age of 68. She was surrounded by her children and listening to her favourite singer, Elvis Presley, with her beloved dog Koko at her side.
Mom worked different jobs over the years. Her last job was at Extra Foods and she retired early to care for her husband when he became ill. She will be remembered as a wonderful, caring, and loving person. She was always available for anyone to have a chat. She touched so many lives.
She is survived by her mom Erna Hauck, her 3 children Chris and fiancée Ling, Carrie and husband James, and Sara; as well as her three grandchildren Max, Luke, and Grayson.
Her family would like to thank Comox Valley Hospital and Campbell River Home Support for helping to make her comfortable during her final days.
