In Loving Memory ~
Nathan passed away peacefully on January 11, 2024, surrounded by the glories of nature and a blanket of our winter's first snow. Born Jan 4, 1994, in Nanaimo, Nathan grew up in Parksville BC next door to the beauty of Rathtrevor Beach and as well his beloved Lasqueti Island.
Nathan loved so many things; His friends, family, reading, mountain biking, skiing, learning, woodworking, gardening, cooking, singing, dancing, poetry and most passionately playing the Piano. Nathan was self-taught; he had a very gifted ear and loved music. Nathan gave warm hugs and he had a fantastic smile, and he always remembered to say
"I love you".
He was survived by his Father Jim (Lisa), Mother Louise (Brett), Brother Graham (Danielle) (Tricia), Sister Kayla, 3 nieces and a nephew, Pearl, Calista, Quinn, and Thomas. Nana (Brenda) Grandma (Doris).
In Nathan's memory, an expression of gratitude to all our human resource services in Parksville would be greatly appreciated. Oceanside Mental Health, Forward House, Hirst House, The Salvation Army soup kitchen and Manna: Thank you!
Our delightful boy... A Beautiful soul, a light to this world, you will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace Beautiful Nathan. Still loved, still missed, and always close to our hearts.
A Farewell Celebration will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Eaglecrest Golf Club.
