In loving memory ~
It is with great sadness that we announce Marshall Hall passed away suddenly but peacefully surrounded by the people he loved most on March 18, 2022 in Nanaimo, BC.
Marshall is survived by, the love of his life, his wife Tracey Hall, daughters Amberly Wilson, Nicola Hall (Justin Fearn), Sara Hall, step-son Nash Charbonneau (Natalie Charbonneau) grand children Evelyn and Roger and Georgina Davis (mother of Amberly and Nicola). He is predeceased by his parents Marshall Sr. and Nora Hall and son in-law Justin Wilson.
Marshall was born in Vancouver, BC but called Nanaimo his home for most of his life. He was a renaissance man having many interests that included a love of rugby, motor cycles, golf, travel, fast cars and the Tragically Hip.
Marshall had a successful 27 year career with Taiga Building products and was a loyal and good friend with his co-workers and to all that did business with him. One friend stated "Marshall was a great man, a great teammate and one hell of a good friend."
He will be remembered for his beautiful smile, his compassion for the underdog, his generosity and unfailing kindness. He loved to have fun and a good time.
He loved his daughters and grandchildren passionately. He was Tracey's One True Love.
The world is a lot less shiny without him.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Angels of the 3rd floor Nurses Station at NRGH, for their support and care and unfailing dedication.
We love you Marshall
