Marcel passed away at the Glacier View Lodge in Courtenay on January 16, 2018.
He leaves behind to mourn his passing his beloved wife Dorothy of 57 years; sons Brian (Cathy) and Paul (Sheryl) of Courtenay, 8 grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, his brother Richard (Candee) of Santa Rosa, California, his sister Jeanine (Nick) Mykitiuk, sister-in-law Irene (Bud) Woods and brother-in-law Jim Parlby all of Courtenay.
Marcel was a long-time resident of the Comox Valley working in sheet metal and house construction.
He will be sadly missed and much loved by his family.
