It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our beloved mom Linda, who left us after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
Predeceased by her husband Glen, and her Dad Harry Waldern. Linda was loved and will be greatly missed by her Mom Mary, children Brad, Melissa (Brandon), and Jessica (Cory).
Her grandchildren who she cherished Avery, Beckett, and Rylee; her sisters Susanne (Lloyd) and Janet, her brothers Bob (Heather) and Mike (Andrea), many nieces and nephews, extended family, countless great friends, and the wonderful staff at Evergreen Seniors Home.
Linda was born in Edmonton, AB, and grew up in Pouce Coupe and Dawson Creek, BC. She graduated high school in 1974 and then moved to Campbell River, where she resided until her passing.
Linda enjoyed curling and being an active member at the local club, playing and watching slo-pitch, and camping with family and friends. Most of all, Linda loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, whether it was going for a walk, playing at the park, going out to lunch or enjoying ice cream at the pier. She enjoyed spending her free time surrounded by family reminiscing and creating countless new memories.
Our family wishes to thank all the staff at Evergreen Seniors Home who cared for Linda with such love and compassion and making her a part of their family.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered!
