Atholl passed away peacefully at Acacia Lodge, Shawnigan Lake in the company of his wife, Deirdre.
Atholl was born on Salt Spring Island and in 1941 moved with his family to Victoria. He worked for MacDonald Consolidated (Canada Safeway) for 35 years and retired to Mill Bay, where he and Deirdre built a home. Together they enjoyed travelling all over the world. Atholl was a life-long passionate photographer.
He is survived by his wife and his younger sister Muriel Walker (Vancouver) whose twin sister, Doris, predeceased them.

Funeral Service will be held at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Cobble Hill, 3295 Cobble Hill Road on Friday, February 23rd at 11:00am (reception following)
