Joe passed away at Cowichan District Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Pauline, daughter Cindy (Chris) and their children; Durrell, Morgan and Owen, daughter- in-law Gwen along with her children Paige and Brandon (Katrina) with great-grandson Chase, as well as his sister Heather (Dave).
A Celebration of Joe's Life will be held at HW Wallace Cremation and Burial Centre, 5285 Polkey Road, Sunday February 11, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
