An Angel amongst us passed away in Port Alberni on November 5, 2018 at the age of 83. Predeceased by her previous husband Ralph Hepler, step daughter Barbara Lauder and son Brian Race; survived by her loving spouse Jack; her siblings Margaret, Roy and Heather; her children Fred, Bob, Mark and Joan; her stepdaughter Susan (Clayton) as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
Isabell always welcomed people into her life without judgement and offered friendship and respect. She left us many good values. Anyone could benefit from knowing her strength and kindness.

A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 4680 Victoria Quay, Port Alberni from 1 pm to 3 pm on Thursday, November 29, 2018.
