It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of our father, grandfather and great grandfather Gordon Cooper. He passed away peacefully at home on April 25th surrounded by his loving and caring family.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Helene of 63 years, and is survived by his children Philip (Lisa), Linda (Mike), Christine (Alex), his grandchildren, Ashley (Morgan), Teresa (Reid), Victoria, Lauren (Taylor), Jessica (Mike), Justin and Adam (Gina), great granddaughter Aubrey and great grandson Wayne.
Gordon was a Renaissance man, a teacher, a mentor and supporter of many. He was an inspiration for us and his spirit will always surround us.
A private family celebration of life will be held, in lieu of a service.
