October 27, 1929 - March 30, 2022
Glenys, beloved mother/grandmother, passed away at the Chemainus Health Care Hospice on March 30, 2022 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband, Lee and eldest daughter Kim (Wilson), Glenys will be dearly missed by her daughter Wendy (Al); sons: Robin (Orla) and Tod (Andrea) as well as her 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Born in Moose Jaw, SK, the prairie girl spent most of her days living on Vancouver Island, moving to Gold River in 1967 and then to Cowichan Bay in 1987 when Lee retired. Active travelers in their early retirement, they were blessed with supportive neighbours and friends and enjoyed 30 plus years in retirement in "Cow Bay."
A special thank you to "Mr. Hart" and family for all you have done allowing Glenys and Lee to remain in their home in their senior years.
