It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother. She is predeceased by sister Viola, brother Alan and survived by brother Wally. Fay will be lovingly missed by her children Howie, Phil, Robert, Michele and Selina, also many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mom was born in Burnaby and lived throughout the surrounding area including stints in Nelson, Fernie, Powell River and finally Campbell River. Mom enjoyed country music, gardening, people and going for walks several times a day to local restaurants for refreshments. Of her several jobs, Mom got the most enjoyment from the daycare that was set up in the family home. She will be lovingly remembered as the neighborhood Mom. Thanks go out to her Jehovah Witness family and special thanks to Mom's faithful and caring friend Ellen who enriched Mom's life. We love you Mom! We will miss you and your delightful laugh.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial open house in Fay's memory on Saturday, October 13, at 2006 Sierra Drive #77, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
