Elinor Brien

The family of Ellie Brien sadly announces her passing on February 9th at 78 years of age.

She leaves behind her loving husband Frank; her children: David (Bev) and Janice (Chris); her grandchildren: Christopher (Saija), Matthew (Brittany), Laura (Mike), Graydon (Kari), and Jade (Kelly); her great-grandchildren: Isabella, Blake, Ellie, and Theo; her siblings Conrad (Carol), twin sisters Jan & Judy and their families; and many more relatives and friends.

Ellie joins those who left before her; parents Edward & Isabelle Reifel and her beloved Snoop dog. May they watch over us all. Ellie was well loved by family and friends. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Thank you to the staff at the Lodge on 4th in Ladysmith BC for the tenderness, compassion and caring you showed Ellie during her time there.

A Celebration of Life for Ellie will be held at 11am on March 8, 2019 at Sands Funeral Chapel at One Newcastle Avenue in Nanaimo.
