It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, grandma and sister. She loved her family and friends dearly and all who knew her will miss her. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Ronald William Arscott (1989), and leaves behind her children Gail (Rick), David (Charlotte), Carol, Steve (Laurie), Wayne (Sandra), Leighan (Fred) and sister Carrie. Also many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:45 AM at Mountain View Cemetery with a Celebration of Life to follow at Mill Bay Community Hall, 1035 Shawnigan Mill Bay Road, Mill Bay, BC. In lieu of flowers a memorial remembrance may be made in the form of a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation at www.heartandstroke.ca
