Donna passed away on September 29, 2021 at Ocean View of Comox St. Joseph's, where she was born on September 16, 1957.
Donna was an energetic engaging person, always doing something, socializing with her people at a BBQ, firepit, camping or in her hair salon, going to the gym, helping with the Girl Guides, travelling and cruising.
Survived by her daughter Lindsy, husband Neal, grandchildren; Presley and Ari, brother Brian and Patti, niece Rhiann and husband Paul. Predeceased by her mother Anne Grills and father Neil Grills, her brother Larry Grills, Don Gordon and Jim Stegman.
"We love them then they leave us"
Thank you to all levels of the staff at The Views, the janitors that always said hello with a smile, the kitchen staff, care aids, nursing, the social support, Hospice and entertainment, for your care and compassion in helping Donna and myself these last 18 months.
