In Loving Memory ~ Arnold Palmer Oxton passed away quietly on Tuesday, September 21st, 2021 at the age of 91 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Dulcie of 33 years; children Sandy (Alan) and Paul (Mitra), and stepchildren Gordon (Tuya) and Lorraine (Don) along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
