It is with great sadness that we share
the passing of Andy.
Andy is survived by his loving wife of
70 years, Tine.
Daughters: Tracy (Don) Paterson,
Jenny (Lee) Beggs, Dina (Dale) Lesire.
Sons: Henry (Tana) van Dyk,
Harold (Teresa) van Dyk
Andy is also survived by his grandchildren, great
grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the home care providers,
as well as the nursing staff at West Coast General
Hospital, for the exceptional care given to Andy.
There will be no service by request.
We will always love and miss you.
