A pedestrian suffered serious but non life-threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle on Blanshard Street early Thursday.
Police were called for a pedestrian struck around 6 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 9). Officers closed the southbound lanes of Blanshard between Tolmie Avenue and Finlayson Street until around 10 a.m.
Injuries to the pedestrian appear serious but non-life threatening.
Southbound lanes heading into Victoria on Blanshard St between Tolmie & Finlayson are closed. Officers are on scene for a motor vehicle incident that occurred earlier this morning. Expect traffic delays in the area. #yyjtraffic
