The highway that connects the Tofino-Ucluelet region to the rest of Vancouver Island reopened around 2:30 p.m. on Friday after a roughly three hour closure.
The closure was caused by debris blocking the roadway within the Kennedy Hill Safety Improvement project’s construction zone.
