A worker at another north Nanaimo supermarket has tested positive for COVID-19.
Employees at Real Canadian Superstore were reportedly notified Monday and on Tuesday, Feb. 9, Loblaw Companies Ltd. posted on its website that a team member at the Metral Drive location has COVID.
The worker’s most recent shift was Feb. 6.
Loblaw’s website says when advised of positive tests, it works with public health officials “and follow their guidance to ensure proper notification of close contacts and required cleaning and sanitization in our stores.”
