August 24, 1951 - December 14, 2021
A lifelong resident of Campbell River, Murray passed away after many years of battling various health issues. He was proud of his hometown and you could be sure that if you went out with him he would always run into someone he knew. As his mobility declined, Murray was always happy to go for a drive around town and reminisce about the past.
Murray had a long career at the Campbell River Fire Department as a firefighter/paramedic. On his days off, he loved to golf at Storey Creek Golf Club.
Murray's daughters, Avril and Kim, as well as his sister, Lex, would like to extend a special thank you to the Staff at Discovery Harbour Care Centre for loving and caring for Murray. We appreciate your support and kindness.
At Murray's request, no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family would be pleased that anyone wishing to do so could make a donation to the Campbell River Hospice Society
