In loving memory ~
Walking Through Clouds!
Dad was the kind of man one could count on no matter what. He was there with open arms. "How can I help". A man of action and not a lot of words. He suffered much in his life. But never relinquished his dignity. His courage to keep going. He brought his family on a big adventure from Switzerland to Canada. He was like that. We will always remember him and as a result our love for the Swiss Alps, Italy, Greece, Holland and so many other places he introduced us to. Most of all, he will be remembered for his heartwarming kindness. He loved his family. He adored animals and fed the little birds. Fly high Papa.
May God embrace you and show you new adventures in peace and with pure joy. No more heartaches, Papa. No more sorrow and loneliness. And may your grandchildren grow up and old emanating the truly amazing human being you were. We love you forever and a day. You leave behind a huge void. A special Thank You to the Staff at Stanford Senior Village in Parksville. Your kindness and compassion in caring for Papa until the end will always be treasured.
