October 12, 1944 - January 10, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lynn 75, in the Campbell River Hospital on January 10, 2020. Lynn was predeceased by her loving parents Jack & Olive Dorward, her sister inlaw Rose (John) White. She leaves behind her husband of 54 years Bill Turko, son's Terry (Carol) Turko, Rob Turko. She is survived by her brother Ron (Arlene) Dorward, brother in law John (Betty) Turko, John White, Bob (Judy) Turko, Doug (Rosa) Turko, sister in law Ann (Ed) Adamschek, MaryAnn (Steve) Anderson.
Lynn was a wonderful mother, and loved her grand children Megan and Bryce Turko. She always looked forward to Turko's reunion in Qualicum Beach were family and many friends meet.
The family would like to thank Dr. DeBruin and staff at Mountain View Medical Centre, the Campbell River Hospital medical Nursing staff 3rd floor D, and all her many wonderful friends who together all took part in here excellent compassionate care.
There will be no service held by Lynn's request.
Flowers are gratefully declined, in lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
A celebration of Lynn's life will be held on February 22nd, 2020, 1 - 4 pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1999 - 14th Ave, Campbell River.
