Tyler Lee Shaw

July 17, 1988 – November 22, 2020
It is with absolute sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Tyler Lee Shaw on November 22nd at the young age of 32.
Tyler was born in Campbell River on July 17th, 1988 to Diane Snowden and Garnet Shaw. He was raised in Campbell River and spent most of his childhood and adolescence fishing, hunting, mushroom picking, and exploring the outdoors with his family.
Fishing was by far his favorite sport, hardly leaving any for the rest of us.
Tyler was an incredibly hard worker, having recently started his own sandblasting and painting company with the help of his foreman and friend Royce Barrie. Tyler was very excited and proud of how successful Shaw Paint & Repairs send off was.
We are deeply saddened that he is unable to see how far it will continue to prosper.
Tyler’s family meant the world to him and he was extremely excited about his recent engagement to the love of his life Sharelle Foxcroft. They shared four beautiful children together: Teanna, Benson, Logan, and Bryce. Tyler possessed many great characteristics. He was funny, caring, the life of the party, but most important of all, loving.
Tyler will be immensely missed by his family and friends. He leaves behind his fiancé and four children, his mother and father, Diane, and Garnet Shaw, his four siblings, Raymond, Spencer, Jennifer, and Christopher, as well as numerous extended families. He leaves behind great friends such as, Royce, Lorenzo, Jeremy, Nick, Luke, and Cody.
Tyler is predeceased by his sister Mary, Aunt Pamela, Uncle Jimmy, as well as his grandparents Mary and Phillip Snowden, and Winnie, and Helmet Shaw.
Due to Covid-19, Tyler’s life will be celebrated at a later date to which his family will announce.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Shaw families go-fund-me page to aid Sharelle in the current and future support of their children while navigating through their terrible loss.
We love and miss you so much Tyler, we hope you are sitting by a beautiful river, fishing pole in hand with a big smile on your face, and a cooler full of fish.
Love Always,
Your Family
