Beloved son of Adolphe and Velma (Maki) VandeCasteyen, Grandson of Nikolai and Emma (Linna) Maki And Fred and Eugenie (Fourmeaux) Vandecasteyen.
Terry passed away peacefully at NRH ICU with support of the nurses and Drs of ICU as well as the staff at CDH. Special thanks for their care and kindness to Terry and especially Dr. Ronald.
Terry is predeceased by his parents and his brother, Lee Wayne VandeCasteyen.
Terry leaves behind his sister, Cheryl Lynn, nephews Ken, Joe, Michael and David and their families and cousins and other family members.
