Terri Ann Dietrich died in Cowichan District Hospital on August 18, 2018 in Duncan, British Columbia, due to complications associated with cancer. She was 57.

Terri Dietrich was born on October 29, 1960 in Grandview, Manitoba, to her parents, Edgar and Patricia Dietrich. Terri resided in North Vancouver until April 2018, when she moved back to Vancouver Island to live with sister Jan Giles and husband George. Terri was a faithful member of the New Life Christian Centre, and joyfully served in many caring capacities. She worked at Foster Grant Eyewear distribution center until cancer made it impossible to carry on in 2014.

Terri will be remembered for her ability to remain positive and hopeful through difficult times, her tenacious attitude that brought maximum effort to every task she undertook, and most of all for her trust that a merciful Lord would see her through all circumstances. She is at rest in His arms now!

Terri is survived by her mother Patricia and father Edgar Dietrich, brother Richard Dietrich and wife Linda, sister Janet Giles and husband George, brother Ron Dietrich and wife Karen, sister Holly Hykaway and husband Jim, brother-in-law Dan Goebel as well as 11 nieces and nephews and a multitude of grand nieces and nephews. Terri was pre-deceased by her sister Debra Goebel.

The family gratefully acknowledges the excellent care provided by Hospital staff and her North Vancouver friends who accompanied her through difficult times.

Terri Dietrich's life will be remembered and celebrated in a public service on September 1, 2018 11:00 am at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2704 James Street, Duncan, BC. And Sunday September 9, 11:00 am at the New Life Christian Center, in North Vancouver.
