Of Bowser, passed away peacefully at North Island Hospital Courtenay on Tuesday, August 6, 2019. He is predeceased by his sister Constance and is survived and will be dearly missed by his partner of 15 years, Val; son Spencer (Ira), and daughter Leslie (Jeff); granddaughter Leona and sister Joan.
Terry spent most of his life in road construction, and his hobbies included working on Bowser Trails, wood carving, camping and boats.
He will be remembered as kind and thoughtful; a person who loved interaction with people.
Flowers gratefully declined in consideration of donations in Terry's name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
There will be a Celebration of Life held for Terry King held at the Bowser Legion on Saturday Oct. 5, from 1 to 4 pm.
