Sylvia Anita Koop (nee Waye) passed away quietly on February 28th, 2018 with her loving husband, Paul by her side.
Sylvia is survived by her daughters; Dianne Kobe (Frank) and Lynn Ray (Alan) and her grandchildren; Lisa Greyell (Jon), Darren Gagnon, Tiffany McPhee (Mike) and Nicole MacDougall (Jamie) and her great-grandchildren; Adam, Jacob and Emily Greyell, Naomi and Soleil MacDougall and Hunter and Brodie McPhee as well as her extended family, Polly LeNoble (Lenny), Greg and Grant Koop and many more cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sylvia will be remembered for her bright spirit, vivacious personality and deeply caring heart.
A celebration of life will be held in her honor on Saturday April 7, 2018 at First Memorial Chapel, 1720 Bowen Road, Nanaimo at 1:00 PM.
