Mom has moved to her new home in heaven. She left early morning, June 29.
At 100 years of age, her body lasted a long time but she no longer needs it.
She has now met her Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ and will never face pain, sickness, sadness or death again. This was a wonderful day for her.
She was born at KDH in Duncan to Douglas and Doris Ford.
She was predeceased by her first husband Victor Davis and second husband James Fullerton and by her siblings, Ronald, Eileen, Raymond & Iris.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son and daughter Brian and Joy Davis.
She grew up in Somenos, attending Duncan Elementary School. In 1942 she joined the air force and served in Toronto, Victoria and Vancouver. She later moved back to Duncan and married Victor Davis in 1954. Living in Duncan for the rest of her life, first on Bell-McKinnon Road and later on Norcross Road close to her childhood home. She attended Brae Road Gospel Chapel for over 50 years.
Graveside service was held at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, 2347 Cedar Road, Cedar on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
A good name is better than precious ointment, and the day of death than the day of birth. Ecclesiastes 7:1
