It is with sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Albert Woodhall on February 23, 2021 at the age of 93. Born in Montréal, he served in the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1948-78. He worked in Safety Systems retiring as Warrant Officer.
Stan was predeceased by his beloved wife Elaine, son Gregory, sister Estelle (Marcel Noël), and loving companion, Helen Waddell.
He is survived by his children: Karen Woodhall (Richard Roquemore) Plymouth, MA; Carole Woodhall, Halifax, NS; Stephen Woodhall (Jiaping Zhang) Ottawa; granddaughter, Stephanie Woodhall, Ottawa; and sister Helene Woodhall (Philip Cowley), Ste. Anne des Lacs, QC. He will be missed by nieces and nephews of the Crossley/Noël families and many friends. The family thanks everyone for their loving support of Stan through the years.
Donations may be made to a charity of your choice. A funeral mass will be held and live-streamed at Christ the King Parish, Courtenay, March 30, 1:00 pm.
