Beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Passed away peacefully on September 27, 2019 at the age of 90.
She was born to Flora and Danial Macdonald in New Waterford, NS.
Sarah was predeceased by her mother, father and seven brothers and sisters, her beloved husband of 49 years Angus Corbett and four sons John Corbett, George Corbett, Angus Corbett and Danial Corbett.
She is survived by daughthers; Linda Mcleod (Larry), Florence van de Ligt (Jerome), Wanda Corbett, Lisa Corbett, sons; Stephen Corbett, Roger Corbett, Kevin Corbett (Maria), Len Corbett (Danita), 28 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
Sarah had a great sense of humor always singing her little hims. And a heart of gold. Whenever we would come to her with our problems she would always tell us not to worry it will all come out in the wash with a little of javex. Everyone who knew her called her Ma. She loved her bingo and had many bingo buddies. She also loved her family gatherings and her little dog Lucy. A big thank you to all the staff at NRGH especially to Dr. Lo, Mattie and Amy, you are absolutely amazing.
At Sarahs request there will be no service she will be flown back too New Waterford and laid to rest next to her beloved husband.
