Sadly, we announce the passing of Rosena deMynn. Rosena was predeceased by her husband, Derek deMynn; son, Geoffrey; and daughter, Monica. She is survived by her son, Trevor (Bonnie) of Nanoose Bay; son, Malcolm of Vancouver; grandchildren, Patrick Fraser and Angela deMynn; her sister in San Diego, California; as well as family in Ireland.
Rosena immigrated to Canada in 1957 from England, as her husband Derek went to work on the Avro Arrow project. They moved to BC in 1978 where she worked as a home care support worker and also volunteered at the S.O.S. in Parksville.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 1809 Northwest Bay Road, Nanoose Bay.
