February 13, 1958 - May 10, 2020
Rosemary passed away peacefully in her home after a battle with cancer. She will be welcomed to eternity by her daughter, Shanna Lee. Rose will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
Rosemary was born in Cumberland, B.C. Welcomed into the world by her parents, Joe Gawryluk and Evelyn Shaw. She grew up in Cumberland then moved to Victoria, then back to Comox Valley in her later years.
Rosie (as her friends liked to call her), made many long-lasting friendships along her journey. One of her favourite pass times was to sit around with family or friends playing music, singing, laughing and having a great time.
Rosie will be sadly missed by her sons, Robert and James, her mom and dad and brothers, David, Ricky, Kenny and sister Heather.
The family would like to "Thank" Dr. Samantha McRae, both staff and residents at the Junction, Comox Valley Home & Community Care and nurses for all your compassion and support you gave our sister throughout the years.
