June 2, 1930 - November 7, 2021
In Bob we lost a man of deep integrity, a proud but quiet, kind Scot. Most of his adult years were spent in Edmonton where he married and raised his family while he was a fireman with Local 209 for the City.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Molly, and is survived by his two sons, Robert Jr and Cameron, Cameron's two sons, and a great granddaughter. He also leaves behind his sister Janet and her family in Calgary, as well as his second wife Joanne with whom he travelled.
Bob spent his retirement years in Nanaimo, happily helping people both with his woodworking and with his love of dance (ballroom, square dancing, round dancing and line dancing).
He will be so very missed by those who loved and respected him. We hope his love of good jokes and laughter have followed him.
There was no service by his request.
