March 23, 1956 - October 24, 2021
Philip passed away on Sunday October 24, 2021, at Glacier View Lodge in Courtenay, B.C. from a lengthy illness at the age of 65 years.
Philip was born March 23, 1956, in St. Catherines. Ontario to parents George and Joan York and a short time later moved to B.C.
Philip will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. We will miss his witty, off-colored humor. Philip worked many years in the logging industry. He had a love for old cars and was a truly committed "Trekkie" (onto his next voyage).
Philip is predeceased by his mother; Joan Valerie York, father; George Wesley York, and sister; Carol Anne McEachren.
Philip is survived by his three children, sons; Jason Down, Richard Bone and daughter; Amanda Bone, brother; Allan York and sisters; Colleen and Toni.

There will be a graveside service at the Cumberland Cemetery on November 19th at 1 pm.
