Passed away quietly in Vancouver General Hospital with his partner Linda by his side.

Spent a few years as Broker selling fishing boats which lead him into college and Mortgage Broker Course. Running his own mortgage company "Emerald Capital Corp." for a lot of years with his partner Linda Palima.
He loved fishing and hunting with his Dad which never stopped. Was always planning for next season draws for hunting Moose or deer in Interior of B.C.
