It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Tom on September 13, 2019 in Courtenay, B.C. Tom was born in Brandon, Manitoba to Patrick and Gladys Russell.
Tom will be forever missed by his loving wife Kathleen and his children Kelly (Cris), Delaine (Rene), Joanne (Ron), and Keith (Becci), his grandchildren Jill, Brad, Heather Steven, Neil, Matt Cedar and David, as well as 15 great- grandchildren.
A private family gathering will take place.
