It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Patrick Andrew Thompson March 15, 1945 - February 16, 2021.
He is survived by his three daughters Sharon (Julie) Liane, Eileen (Herb) sons Clayton (Fiona) and Chris, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, his brother Grant, sisters Linda and Laurel and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pat lived the first part of his life on Quadra Island than moved to the Sunshine Coast for the majority of his life. There he worked in the logging and Tug industry on the log booms running the "boom boats". He had a strong group of buddies on the coast, I'm sure they're all sitting back having a rum welcoming him home.
A memorial will be held at a later date due to covid restrictions.
