It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our mom, Parkash Kaur Judge.
Predeceased by her loving husband Kalla Judge; she is survived by sons: Harry (Susan), Doug (Angela); daughter: Tina (Jon); grandchildren: Derrick, Pamela, Guy (Maggie), Cherie, Crystal, Nolan, and Finneas; sisters: Harbans, Gurbax and Ranjit, as well as many nieces and nephew.
Mom was the eldest, born into a family of eight kids in India. She immigrated to Canada in 1955, where she met and married Kalla, in Victoria, BC. They shared many good years together; accomplishing a family and building a successful dairy farm in Cobble Hill. They enjoyed retirement in the company of their grandkids.
Mom never let her debilitating disease get the best of her. She was a very strong person in such a small package. She will be deeply missed!
A Funeral Service was held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Sands Funeral Chapel - Duncan, following by a Cremation Ceremony, then a Bhog/Langar (tea/lunch) at The Sikh Temple in Victoria, BC.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the arthritis society, or red cross blood bank are appreciated.
