Norbert passed away peacefully on December 21, 2020 at the age
of 89. Norbert was born in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba and in 1952
married the love of his life Joan who passed in 2016. In 1954 they
moved to Richmond BC and then to Sooke in 1990.
A model husband and father, Norbert was also a handyman, always building and fixing things. He was a big fan of hockey and curling and enjoyed his jigsaw puzzles. A gentleman at heart that always had a joke to share, he will never be forgotten and always loved.
Norbert is survived by his sons Allen (Jill) and Brian, grandchildren Chris (Karen), Danielle (Jordan), Derek (Pam), Brianna (Jason), Christie (Andy), Christopher, Lisa and Taylor and great grand children, Ella, Nora, Gavin, Luc, Emily, Patrick, Mataya, Brynn and Mac.
