Neal passed away peacefully on November 12, 2020 at age of 87. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Marilyn, his three sons William (Sharon), Jeffrey (Michele) and Robert, seven Grandchildren, Derek, Jaclyn, Rebecca, Ryan, Amanda, Aiden and Ainslie, three Great Grandchildren, Linden, Keaton, and Hudson, sister Mary, by brother Bill (pre-decreased), sister in-law Shirley, brother in-law Bob (Faye) and all his nieces and nephews.
Neal had a rewarding career in the field of Civil Engineering designing and constructing dams and transmission lines. In his leisure time he enjoyed giving back to his community through volunteering, playing hockey, fishing, skiing and golf.
Neal will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
