In loving memory ~
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mathilde (Hilde) Polten (nee Chevalier) on November 6th., 2021. She will be warmly remembered as a strong and supportive woman who was fond of long walks, gardening and astrology. She loved her family fiercely and was especially proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Hilde will be dearly missed.
Hilde was predeceased by her husband Karl(Heinz), her parents, her brothers, and her sister Inge Lex. She is survived by her daughter Karen, her sons Ron (Kim) and Norm (Jan), granddaughters Meg (Erick), and Sondra (TJ), her grandson Steve (Ali), her step-granddaughters Alisa and Jayde (Joe), her great- grandchildren Emily, Damien, Caleb and Liam. A donation in her memory could be sent to The Kidney Foundation of Canada.
