To my darling wife
I miss you my beautiful wife, beautiful in face and in heart.
I met you on the Comox Queen in 1967 between your 3rd and 4th year university. We looked into each other eyes, which went on for an hour. We mutually had a love at first sight experience.
We married in May 1968 and were very much in love. We had 3 beautiful children; Steven, Kristina (deceased), and Dale.
You never sweat the small stuff and sometimes the big stuff. You were patient, loving forgiving and encouraging.
You were an artist being a cathartic free verse poet, a prolific writer, a carver, needlepoint person, tailor, crocheter and rug maker.
You above all were in love with Jesus for 55 years. You didn’t need me but wanted me and loved me deeply in spite of my flaws.
I hope to see you soon. Say hello to our 2 kids and grandchild until were both home with Jesus.
