Marilyn Louise Kirkby - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn Kirkby.
Marilyn was born in North York Ontario and grew up in Winnipeg after travelling Europe, she migrated to the west coast, eventually settling in Black Creek. A long time newspaper woman, she worked tirelessly to get papers published for over 30 years.
Marilyn had a drive and tenacity that is unparalleled, but more importantly, she was a kind, loyal and compassionate soul who will be forever missed - please respect the family's privacy at this time.
A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held in the near future.
